Courteous, very nice staff, good breakfast (3 different warm meals, dumplings with filling, rice with egg, salad, porridge, toast, jam and butter, various drinks) and super equipped rooms with all you need. There were five of us and we had a great stay with a lot of space. There's life on the street so it can get a little noisy, but that didn't bother us much.

Convenient, central location at the Akasasaka-Mitsuke railway station, which is served by several lines. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, rooms with double beds and two single beds for our children. Nice bathroom, small kitchenette with fridge.
Breakfast was not included in the price and the 1500 yen per person was not worth it. After once we let it stay and preferred to have breakfast in a café nearby.

Got new-fashioned, beautifully maintained room with microwave and four beds, as example. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator, liked it. Location: the hotel was just off Don Quijote and 2 different metro line and great restaurants and cafes.

Excellent service throughout our stay. A twin room on higher floors. Amazing location, steps away from Wa Space, truly enjoyed this place.

The kids loved the play area, and we also took advantage of the free movie nights, a fun way to chill as a family. The only downside was the TV setup, as it was tricky to stream shows, but honestly, we didn't mind too much 😊

Just a solid selection for a cursory stop in Tokyo with great value for money. The room we had was clean, but the furniture could use an upgrade. To make things easier, look for local dining options that are kid-friendly.

Great family hotel for a good stay
The staff here are really good. One rainy day, as I walked in, dripping wet, they handed me a towel before even checking me in! And my family fit comfortably in this room, with a microwave and washing machine-really handy for keeping things organized and clean.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.
